Hiring our Buildings

Our Church buildings are popular venues for concerts, craft and food fairs, community celebrations, school events and many other activities. Our Church halls are also regularly used by many different community groups, Scouting and Guiding Organisations, for birthday parties, celebrations, tutoring, training, and a range of other activities.

St. Mary’s Community Hall

St. Mary’s Community Hall is an excellent venue for a wide range of events, such as but not restricted to, concerts, parties, dances, quizzes, meetings, training days, fund raising events, fetes and fairs, groups and classes, exhibitions and weddings.

The hall is a flexible meeting space with good access and great facilities. There are separate Male and Female toilets and an additional disabled toilet with a baby changing facility, a well-equipped kitchen, bright entrance lobby, and a light, large hall with wooden floor.

One off bookings: £12:50 an hour.
Weekends after 6pm: £15:00 an hour.
Regular bookings: £8:50 an hour.
There is an additional supplement of £10 for running a bouncy castle or inflatable, to cover electricity. 

A cash deposit in the amount of £100.00 is required prior to commencement of your booking. Once your booking has been completed an inspection of the building will be carried out. If everything is in order the deposit will be returned to you. However, if the building has been left in an unacceptable and/or damaged state then we will retain the deposit towards the cost of repair.

Regular bookings are classed as several months of at least fortnightly bookings.

It is also possible to hire the church, further information is available upon request.
